From Spring 2018 to Spring 2020, I served as a student writer and the News and Front Page Editor for The Southern, Florida Southern College's student-led newspaper. My work as editor was a paid position, where I had to assign stories, edit them according to AP guidelines and input the final document into InDesign before the paper went to print.
